Premium Cost

Individuals will contribute $175 for no limit coverage, with $175 being matched from Federal Government and State.
Small group individuals will contribute $150 for no limit coverage, with employer matching $150. Employer's partaking in Dr. Kiran Patel Simplified Healthcare must offer this coverage to full and part time employees.
Government will provide support to individual's premiums only.
